Alex Bucher

 

I was born and raised in Manila, Philippines and God’s grace and blessings have been with me throughout my entire life! I became a follower of Jesus when I was eight-years-old and received my calling to serve in Youth Ministry when I was seventeen-years-old. I received my B.A. in Biblical Studies through Grace School of Theology and have been blessed to serve the Lord in full-time ministry.

My wife, Laina, and I just recently got married, but we have known each other since we were in Middle School in the Philippines together. I am a big time Chicago Bulls and Chicago Bears fan and I love to nerd out with the Star Wars Universe.

I believe that I (and all of us) have been put on Earth in order to:

– Love God (Deuteronomy 7:9)

– Love Others (John 13:34-35)

– Share the Gospel (Matthew 28:16-20)

It is by grace through faith in Christ alone that I am saved and I am incredibly grateful to be serving the Lord and to be serving Crossroads Community Church!
