When Wisdom is Foolish
James 3:13-18
James wants us to know that the wisdom necessary for a solid life foundation is not the wisdom of the world. It is the wisdom that comes from God alone. Paul wrote that the world by its wisdom cannot know God (1 Corinthians 1:21). It is God’s wisdom that leads man to his Creator and enables him to see life from an eternal perspective.
Meals Team – Help & Support for Our Church Family: Our Meals Team is seeking individuals who would like to help care for others through meals. You can serve by making homemade meals, sending meals through DoorDash or pizza delivery, or delivering meals to families in need. Every role makes a difference! We also want our church family to be aware that this team is here to support you. If you are facing a season of need—after surgery, during illness, following a loss, or while celebrating the birth of a new baby—the Meals Team would love to come alongside you with care and nourishment. Brickhouse Announcements:
- CREW (Student Leadership)
- 7th Grade and Up.
- We will meet on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Mondays of the month.
- Wood Splitting
- Brickhouse will be splitting wood to support the Hopkins Park ministry.
- This will take place on Saturday, February 28th.
