Crossroad Community Church,
I send you my greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Wishing you a blessed New Year.
I am writing to thank you for your prayers and financial support throughout 2024. It was indeed
a good year for the family and the ministry. As I shared with you about the challenges I faced in
2022-2023, I am pleased to inform you that they were partly resolved in November 2023 when
the church council asked me to lead a fellowship centre that indicated it was ready to be
established as a local church. The Classis instituted that fellowship centre as a local church on
the 25 th of November 2023. Thus, in 2024 we continued as a local church called Reformed
Church Greater Midrand. It was a fruitful year of growth and reflection. We are once again
focusing on church planting. We hope to plant three to four churches in the coming ten years.
I continued to lead our educational institution, Iyani Heidelberg Institute and Theological
Seminary. The institution cares for lay leaders, the church’s general membership, and
theological students. As the infrastructure is dilapidated, we have embarked on a building
renovation project. In 2024, two theological students were ordained as ministers of the Word.
In 2025, three students will complete their practical training at local churches.
The family is doing well. My wife is continuing to work as a teacher at a public school. We now
have two grandchildren and are expecting another one in April 2025. We are starting a
Christian school with three children at our garage. We are hoping and praying for growth.
Thank you very much for your prayers and financial support in 2024 and for being partners in
advancing God’s kingdom. Your church gave us $200.

1. Thank God for his faithfulness and for keeping our health in 2024.
2. Thank God for his help in my leadership of the new church and the educational
institution.
3. Thank God for the well-being of the family.
Request:
1. We can plant more churches in the coming years.
2. Unity in vision among church leaders.
3. Continued support of the ministry.
4. To have more students at the Seminary.
5. Growth of the Christian school.
